Job summary

OneWater Marine in Dadeville, AL is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at our Blue Creek Marina location. You will manage service schedules, process repairs and warranty orders, and provide timely estimates to customers.

You will collaborate with technicians and the service manager to improve workflows, maintain accurate repair records, and build strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in customer service or service advisor role.
• Marine service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marine equipment, boats, engines, and parts preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marine maintenance terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes retail, warranty and internal repairs orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision or control.
• Manages technician workflow and schedules repair orders.
• Writes up customer concerns and provides timely estimates.
• Collaborates with the service manager to improve processes and efficiency.
• Builds and maintains positive customer and manufacturer relationships.
• Assists in determining materials, supplies, and parts to stock and sell.
• Resolves customer complaints in a timely manner and communicates status.
• Obtains warranty or service contract approvals promptly.
• Performs quality checks on finished boats and repairs.
• Participates in evaluating technician productivity and assists in training.
• Monitors and implements legal compliance measures.
