Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience.
• Strong test strategy, exploratory testing, regression planning, and risk-based validation.
• Experience building or maintaining automated tests with a modern framework.
• Experience validating APIs, integrations, data, and critical workflows.
• Ability to use SQL to investigate data issues and validate behavior.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment validation.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools in QA workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to clarify risks.
• Strong communication to explain risks and release recommendations.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies across manual and automated testing.
• Validate APIs, data, and business workflows; own automation.
• Develop and maintain automated tests with Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
• Query data with SQL to troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior engineers on QA practices and automation.
• Operate within CI/CD pipelines and release validation.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve testing and debugging.
