Job summary

Storable is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead software development for the Storable Marine division. You will guide a team of engineers in building cloud-native SaaS applications for marinas and related waterfront businesses, balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning.

You will define engineering roadmaps, drive modernization, and champion best practices, including AI-assisted workflows, CI/CD, security, and observability, while collaborating with Product, Ops, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including team management.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-based SaaS at scale in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on engineering background with Node.js/React/TypeScript and ability to review designs and code.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and an AI-forward mindset.

Responsibilities
