Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. seeks a Marine Safety Specialist to join our safety team in Houma, LA. You will collaborate with management on marine safety, regulatory compliance, training development and audits, and support the safety program across vessels and sites.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a Bachelor's in safety preferred, 5 years in marine safety/operations, TWIC, and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically. Proficiency with MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in safety or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of marine industry training, safety or operations experience preferred.
• TWIC credential required; USCG Subchapter M knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with management on marine safety, environmental, regulatory, and training.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs.
• Develop and track training for all employees as needed.
• Interact with regulatory agencies such as USCG and OSHA.
• Conduct vessel visits, internal audits, and external inspections as needed.
• Assist with safety meetings, orientations, and safety communications.
