Job summary

Qualifications

• Confined Space Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety Manual, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assign daily work tasks to employees and ensure execution of all tasks within the shipyard/dry dock facility.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and act accordingly.
• Understand the basic operations of all equipment used at the shipyard/drydock facility.
• Train and guide others to ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Must work well with employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with upper management on timelines, task progress, budgets.
