Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Safety Field Specialist to lead safety processes for the region, with on-site support in Midland or Monahans, Texas. The role covers audit actions, field safety, and training coordination.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field, 5+ years in a safety role, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support multiple sites. Certification is preferred and relocation within 1 hour of Midland/Monahans is advised.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or other relevant technical field required; extensive experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Certification in the Safety field is preferred.
• Incident Investigation experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial setting or in the Safety field.
• Must be self-motivated to gain knowledge of regulatory affairs in the Safety Management areas.
• Working knowledge of midstream energy industry facilities such as pipelines, pump stations, gas/liquid measurement, storage, terminals, or fractionation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Safety support of local area Operations, Maintenance, and Shared Services personnel.
• Maintain close communication with local Maintenance and Operations Supervisors and Managers.
• On-site support of high risk projects and maintenance activities with focus on Job Planning/Prep, Equipment Isolation, Equipment Clearing, Excavations and Hot Work/Atmospheric Monitoring.
• Track progress of open audit/ESS action items and assist in completion.
• Visit control rooms, shops, sites, pipeline projects to check compliance with safety practices.
