Job summary

ISLAND TIME WATERSPORTS CARIBBEAN LLC in the US Virgin Islands is seeking a Retail Management, Purchasing, and Merchandising lead to oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor operations for our vessel-based activities.

You will coordinate budgets and forecasts, manage vendor relationships, ensure SOPs, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while supporting marine operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration and/or related major OR least six (6) years of experience in the field
• Previous experience in customer service and/or equivalent work experience PLUS

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage procurement chain across business units, vendor follow-up, backfill stock orders, and logistics coordination.
• Manage inventory calculations, budgeting, orders, and delivery coordination for retail and inventory.
• Source and procure products and services for vessel operations and research activities.
• Create and maintain Retail SOPs and Training Materials.
• Coordinate returns and refunds and vendor return processes.
• Administer inventory budgeting, orders, and delivery coordination.
• Verify and report deliveries to Property Leaders.
• Manage on-island food and beverage relationships and sourcing, and negotiate supplier contracts.
