Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive management experience, incl. project management.
• Previous P&L responsibility with budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of marine and logistics operations in hospitality.
• Understanding of OSHA, EPA and USCG safety rules and regs.
• Proficient with G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of captains, crew and watersports staff.
• Manage fleet maintenance, safety inspections and compliance.
• Coordinate budgeting, cost control and vendor management.
• Lead crew training, onboarding, meetings and engagement.
• Ensure USCG and company safety policies are followed.
• Prepare schedules, duty sheets and payroll/PO processes.
• Monitor vendor lists and parts inventories.
