ISLAND TIME WATERSPORTS CARIBBEAN LLC in the US Virgin Islands is seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to organize and oversee daily beach operations and staff, ensuring safety and superb guest service.

You will train and supervise team members, manage equipment setup and maintenance, handle scheduling, events, and promotions, and drive revenue while upholding company standards and a positive guest experience. This role requires leadership and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service and supervisor roles preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and supervise daily beach operations.
• Manage daily setup and breakdown of beach equipment.
• Provide training to staff and guests on watersports equipment usage.
• Enforce standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure staff delivers a quality guest experience.
• Assign and delegate daily tasks to watersports team.
• Provide safety briefs to guests entering the water.
• Report maintenance needs of watersports equipment.
• Light maintenance and equipment replacement recommendations.
• Support with lessons and training for Hobie Cat and sailing.
• Plan staff training and promotional events.
