Job summary

RoyPow USA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Marine sales team and drive business growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key customer relationships, and expand our presence in the Marine industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience building long-term partnerships within the Marine industry. Knowledge of lithium battery products is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in marine, battery, or related industries.
• Proven track record in hitting sales targets and growing business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives.
• Build and maintain partnerships within the Marine industry.
• Manage relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Educate customers and distributors on lithium battery solutions.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing, product management, and tech support teams.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote RoyPow products.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
