Job summary

RoyPow USA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Marine sales team, develop strategies, and drive growth across marine customers worldwide. You will manage relationships, coach a high-performing team, and work closely with HQ marketing, product management, and technical support to translate market insights into actionable plans.

You will attend trade shows and industry events, promote RoyPow products, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while delivering regular performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Marine, battery, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Marine industry.
• Manage relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate customers and distributors on RoyPow's lithium battery solutions.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing, product management and technical support.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote RoyPow products.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast, and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM.
