Job summary

RoyPow USA is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our lithium batteries across multiple industries. You will develop and implement sales strategies, meet targets, and work with a team of sales professionals to grow revenue.

Candidates should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Travel to customer sites is expected, and bilingual Chinese/English is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Bilingual Chinese/English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our lithium batteries and assist with product selection knowledge.
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity through CRM, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results.
