Job summary

RoyPow USA seeks a driven Sales Representative to promote and sell lithium batteries across industries. You will develop strategies, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with the team to generate leads and close deals. Travel to client sites and trade shows is part of the role, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office. Chinese/English bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Bilingual Chinese/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our lithium batteries, and assist with product selection knowledge.
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity through CRM, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results.
