Job summary

Brunswick's Navico Group in Michigan is seeking a Technical Support Associate - Lowrance to assist marine electronics users. You will troubleshoot remotely, guide customers, and document cases in CRM, supporting installation and product use.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with installation, repair, maintenance, or support of marine electronics hardware.
• Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn internal systems.
• High-School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customers, coordinating service activities and technical support via phone and email.
• Assist with product questions, including features, installation, benefits, and compatibility to support customer satisfaction.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using schematics and internal tools.
• Document customer cases in CRM systems and analyze service trends to improve quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training materials, service documentation, and product robustness.
