Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dealership and marina in Buford, GA. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and safety/compliance across both dealership and marina facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a manager or in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred for management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dealership and marina to ensure smooth, profitable functioning.
• Establish selling prices and ACV through desking and standard processes to deliver a great customer experience.
• Develop and mentor staff; monitor KPIs and drive team performance toward goals.
• Manage budget, control operating costs, and optimize labor and supply expenditures.
• Oversee merchandising, marketing activities, events, and showroom layout to drive sales.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices across all departments.
