OneWater Marine is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of our dealership and marina in Buford, GA. You will drive profitability, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer service while coordinating sales, service, and parts activities.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and operational excellence, with a focus on safety, compliance, and superior guest experiences in a marine environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in management/business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership and marina to ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining profit and operating targets.
• Lead and develop a team of sales, service, and support staff; ensure staff training and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets and monitor costs including labor, supplies, and maintenance.
• Coordinate merchandising, marketing activities, and events such as boat shows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and community relations.
