Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Sales Lead in Buford, GA to drive sales and oversee store operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and store policies. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

You will work as Manager on Duty, coach Crew Members, and participate in omni-fulfillment activities to grow sales and loyalty programs. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities
