Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience with responsibility for operations, personnel, budgeting, and financial performance, marina experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing operational workflows, projects, and customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Previous marina, marine, hospitality, recreational, or waterfront operations experience preferred.
