Starr Adjustment Services, Inc. seeks a Marine Claims support professional to join our Marine Claims Team. The role focuses on training and providing technical support to a team of TPA claim handlers, and assisting with system enhancements and updates.

You will resolve claim errors from monthly reports, manage the Marine Claims inbox, generate and distribute reports, and oversee offsite storage protocols as part of a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to team of TPA claim handlers
• Administratively support Starr Marine team SME and UAT lead for all Marine claims system enhancements and updates
• Resolve claim errors based on monthly reports
• Process monthly and quarterly international bordereau files in Claims Enterprise system and report management, including researching and submitting tickets for Marine users
• Manage Marine Claims inbox
• Generate and distribute reports for Marine Claims team
• Oversee offsite storage protocols
