• Provide training and technical support to team of TPA claim handlers, administratively support Starr Marine team
• SME and UAT lead for all Marine claims system enhancements and updates
• Resolve claim errors based on monthly reports
• Process monthly and quarterly international bordereau files
• Claims Enterprise system and report management, including researching and submitting tickets for Marine users
• Manage Marine Claims inbox
• Generate and distribute reports for Marine Claims team
• Oversee offsite storage protocols
