The role focuses on supporting the American Airlines account and ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of claims. Ideal candidates will have insurance industry experience, aviation familiarity, and strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in Aviation preferred.
• Demonstrated success with claims processes and compliance.
• Strong analytical capability and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for American Airlines account.
• Subject matter expert for claim system and processes.
• Support adjuster with administrative tasks through the claim lifecycle.
• Generate loss runs and create legal matter records for claims in litigation.
• Back up Senior Manager of Claims Administration on Aviation items when needed.
