Responsibilities

• Receive and assess First Notice of Loss for Marine Claims.
• Monitor and process escalated Marine Claims within Five Sigma.
• Research policy and client information in Claims Underwriting systems.
• Forward claims mails to Third Party Administrators as needed.
• Issue claim acknowledgement letters and other correspondence.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements.
• Create loss runs and production analysis reports.
• Communicate with claim managers, underwriters and brokers to ensure proper processing.
