Job summary

Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel Co. (PBSGC) seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman to manage marine projects in Louisiana and surrounding states. You will lead crews and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operations on inland waterways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in marine construction and surveying preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews and assets on marine construction projects.
• Mobilize crew, equipment, and materials to projects.
• Oversee vessels, barges, and equipment; ensure safe operations.
• Build positive relations with project personnel and inspectors.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as needed.
• Promote site safety and address hazards immediately.
• Handle on-site paperwork and daily activity reports.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and ongoing tasks.
