gpac is seeking an experienced Pile Driver Foreman to lead field crews on marine, waterfront, foundation, and pile-driving projects across the Mid-Atlantic. This hands-on leader will supervise crews, ensure work aligns with plans, and operate around pile-driving equipment while coordinating with project staff to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

Travel within the Mid-Atlantic and outdoor work are expected as projects progress from mobilization through completion.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of pile-driving or marine construction experience.
• Experience leading a pile-driving crew or Foreman.
• Strong understanding of pile-driving operations and equipment.
• Experience with marine, waterfront, bridge, foundation, or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read plans and understand pile layouts and elevations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate pile-driving crews in the field.
• Lead installation of timber, steel, concrete, and other foundation piles.
• Direct daily production and ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Operate and work around pile-driving equipment and other heavy machinery.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, operators, and subcontractors.
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Troubleshoot field conditions and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and production records.
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining workmanship.
