Job summary

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated Automation & Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation and control solutions within our FRP boat manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and process performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in ECE/Mechatronics/Automation and experience with automation systems; proficiency in programming and CAD tools is valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
  • Experience designing and implementing automation systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for industry apps.
  • Familiarity with automation and control system standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • CAD experience with Rhino and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation and control solutions for FRP boat manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams on automation requirements.
  • Create and program software for automation control systems; develop hardware interfaces.
  • Test, debug, and optimize automation software and hardware for reliability.
  • Document specifications and provide training for internal teams.
