Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing and engineering.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with a 'Can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of production processes.
• Direct the Manufacturing Engineering team to meet objectives.
• Develop requirements, budgets, and plans for manufacturing processes.
• Utilize engineering tools to drive manufacturing systems development.
• Manage departmental KPIs and implement improvement tools.
