Chevron Corporation seeks a Marine Assurance Analyst to support the Marine Assurance (MA) team by delivering data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and analytical tools across enterprise marine risk. You will work with regional managers, process advisors, and stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Knowledge of marine operations, vessel assurance, marine risk management, vetting, shipping, or maritime regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead data reviews and prepare monthly and quarterly Operational Excellence and performance reports.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data visualization tools.
• Manage data feeds and support the integrity and accuracy of reporting systems.
• Conduct analysis of operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and distribute critical performance information.
• Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support Standards & Performance activities across tanker and non-tanker Marine Assurance processes.
• Partner with Process Advisors and regional teams to improve process performance and reporting.
• Support Marine Assurance audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage SLA processes, including invoicing, billing, and performance tracking.
• Support development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in training and organizational capability-building initiatives.
