Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations (GMO) seeks a Lead, Marine Performance to build and maintain measurement tools and dashboards that support transformation programs and executive reporting. This role sits in Miami and partners with the Senior Manager, Transformation Projects to deliver scalable, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end development of performance intelligence, ensuring clarity for non-technical audiences and adaptability as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analytical, business, or information systems discipline.
Experience building performance dashboards and data visualizations.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable data tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain organizational performance measures.
Connect data sources and present clear visualizations.
Translate requirements into working solutions independently.
Determine the best way to present measures for decision-making.
Maintain and update dashboards and reporting platforms.
