Job summary

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Assistant Sales Operations Manager for the Marine Division. You will analyze wholesale/retail data, build dashboards with Power BI and SAP, and guide sales strategies across boat builders and dealers.

You will present data-driven insights to senior leadership, support budgeting and forecasting, and work with field sales teams to optimize growth and dealer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or account management (marine industry preferred).
• 5+ years advanced proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of small business financial management (P&L analysis) and sales planning.
• Exceptional presentation, written communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wholesale and retail sales trends across OEM boat builders, marine dealers, and distributors.
• Build advanced executive dashboards, data models, and KPI reporting tools utilizing Power BI and Excel.
• Formulate and present data-driven PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership and account stakeholders.
• Support national sales budgeting, volume forecasting, and policy exception management.
• Partner with field sales teams and external marine accounts to drive retail growth and dealer satisfaction.
