Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a FP Processing Line 2 Marination Operator (2nd Shift) at the Tyson of Rogers Plant in Rogers, Arkansas. The role runs Monday–Friday with Saturdays, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, at an hourly rate of $17.40.

You will operate processing line machinery, monitor ingredients and temperatures, and perform QA verifications. Requirements include 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months, a 180-day waiting period for former Tyson employees, and a max of two prior Tyson

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for tracking pounds and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing line machinery to maintain continuous flow.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings; notify supervisor for maintenance.
• Maintain correct marination ingredients and temperatures per specs.
• Fill QA verifications and use handheld scanners for ingredient inventory.
• Communicate issues to Lead/Supervisor promptly.
