Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is hiring for positions on the 2nd shift. Base pay is $16.70 per hour with an individual performance incentive that can add $40 to $80 per day for Debone and Hand Cutters. Training is provided with one-on-one instruction for up to eight weeks.

Applicants must be able to follow safety rules, lift 40+ pounds, and work in varying environments. The role requires standing 8–10 hours daily and wearing PPE. Background checks may apply and relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow Safety Rules.
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety Rules and job instructions.
• Perform duties of debone/hand-cut positions as assigned.
• Work in shifts as scheduled (2nd shift).
• Maintain required pace and quality standards.
• Report hazards and maintain clean work area.
