Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is hiring for a 3rd shift production role. Schedule: Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays; Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Pay is $16.70 per hour with a daily incentive ($40–$80) for Debone and Hand Cutters, plus up to 8 weeks of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, lifting 40+ pounds as needed, working in damp/cold or hot environments, wearing PPE, and standing 8–10 hours per day. Equal opportunity employer.
