Tyson Foods is hiring for a Feed Mill Support Operator FM02 on 2nd shift at Bergman Feed Mill in Bergman, Arkansas. The role is entry-level general labor focused on cleaning, unloading ingredients, and maintaining areas to ensure a safe mill environment. Shifts are 3:00 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m. with potential adjustments for production needs. Requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) and adherence to PPE, safety, and biosecurity rules.

Qualifications

• Six months of operator experience with one employer in the last 12 months.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, clean and maintain designated mill areas and sign off when done.
• Assist with unloading ingredients from rail cars or trucks.
• Clean up feed spills and maintain grounds around the mill.
• Operate landscaping equipment for groundskeeping as needed.
• Use air-driven tools and high-pressure hoses for mill cleaning.
• Move pallets using PIT; observe safety procedures.
