Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is seeking a production line associate for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) to operate machinery, adjust settings, and ensure correct ingredients and marination formulas are followed to keep the line running safely and efficiently. You will complete QA verifications, use handheld scanners to manage ingredient inventory, and report issues to the Lead or Supervisor.

Lifting and stairs are required; basic math skills help track pounds and quantities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Background checks may be required for certain Tyson roles.
• Must be willing and able to perform physical requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to keep production flowing on the line.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings and notify supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Ensure correct ingredients and quantities for marination formulas.
• Complete QA verifications and use handheld scanners to manage ingredient inventory.
