Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service across marina and retail areas
• Support the Marina Manager with daily marina and retail operations
• Assist onboarding and training seasonal cashiers and fuel attendants
• Help create and maintain employee schedules for adequate staffing
• Monitor attendance and communicate staffing concerns to management
• Perform regular inventory counts for store, shop, fuel, and marina stock
• Train team members on inventory procedures and SOPs
• Assist with marina storage contracts, reservations, and related processes
• Support Boat Club operations and coordinate with other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with SOPs to promote safe, consistent operations
• Process customer payments accurately and manage expenses responsibly
• Collaborate with departments to deliver top-tier service to customers
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes, and increase revenue
