Ideal candidates have attention to detail and excellent customer service for boaters and guests. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and inventory tracking.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers with purchases and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle refunds or exchanges.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about store items and marina services.
• Maintain a clean, organized store with tidy displays and stocked shelves.
• Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed.
• Receive, check, and organize new stock shipments.
• Monitor expiration dates on perishable items and rotate stock accordingly.
• Assist in inventory audits and report discrepancies to management.
• Make, update, and adjust boat rental and slip reservations.
• Process customer reservations using the marina booking system.
• Communicate with dock staff and customers to ensure smooth check-ins/outs.
• Provide information about marina amenities, policies, and local attractions.
• Keep store clean including sweeping and wiping counters.
• Assist with marina events and promotions.
• Follow safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with dock and marina staff for seamless operations.
