Building and Land Technology (BLT) is seeking a Director of Marina Operations for Harbor Point Marinas in Stamford, CT. You will shape the marina’s strategic direction, grow occupancy and revenue, and deliver a high-end waterfront experience to a discerning boating community.

The role requires 7+ years in marina or luxury hospitality leadership, with a proven track record of transforming plans into measurable results and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marina/waterfront operations or luxury hospitality/club management.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, occupancy, or retention in a marina or related setting.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership to build teams and drive high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Harbor Point Marinas and waterfront.
• Own performance, occupancy growth, revenue, renewals, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with Asset Management to set budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Lead day-to-day marina operations, safety, staffing, and guest experience.
