Job summary

Building and Land Technology (BLT) seeks a Director of Marina Operations to lead Harbor Point Marinas in Stamford, CT. This strategic role focuses on growing occupancy, revenue, and the overall waterfront experience, while cultivating relationships within the boating community and BLT’s Harbor Point ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hospitality leadership, is highly visible on the waterfront, and can translate vision into a scalable business plan and measurable

Qualifications

7+ years of marina or luxury hospitality operations experience.
Proven ability to develop and execute business plans that grow revenue and occupancy.
Strong strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision making.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with high-end clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Harbor Point Marinas.
Own operational performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
Lead business development to attract seasonal and transient boaters.
Activate the harbor with events and partnerships to enhance the waterfront experience.
Lead marina team and ensure first-class facilities and guest services.
