You will oversee occupancy, leasing, and safety while coordinating maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure first‑class facilities.

The role requires a strong hospitality mindset, exceptional customer service, and proven leadership. Weekend/evening availability may be required as part of a high-end marina operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in marina operations, hospitality management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of marina operations and boating safety procedures.
• Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills with a luxury service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily marina operations ensuring exceptional service and smooth execution.
• Provide a luxury white-glove experience to tenants, guests, and residents.
• Oversee occupancy, slip assignments, and seasonal leasing processes.
• Maintain safety protocols and dock operations with high professionalism.
• Supervise staff and maintain high standards of service.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and vendor relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and operational issues.
• Monitor safety, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Assist in planning events and community engagement.
• Collaborate with property management and leadership teams to meet goals.
• Track occupancy and reporting metrics; support budgeting and inventory control.
