Job summary

PORT 32 Marinas is seeking a Marina Member Experience Specialist to enhance guest experiences across our east coast locations. You will assist with reservations, events, and daily marina operations to ensure a welcoming, clean, and safe environment.

In this role you will work closely with the General Manager and staff to deliver exceptional service, plan marina-sponsored events, respond to member questions, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in all activities.

Qualifications

• minimum 5 years customer service experience in marina or hospitality
• experience planning events
• able to read members' needs to deliver memorable experiences
• team player with goal-oriented mindset
• proficient in Microsoft Office
• enjoys working outdoors

Responsibilities

• Assist GM and marina crew with guest experience
• Provide highest level of customer service to all guests
• Assist with staff training on member services
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff, members, guests; handle conflicts
• Respond to member questions via phone, email, in person
• Plan Marina-sponsored events on and off property
• Schedule clubhouse events and manage related logistics
• Ensure costs are procured and billed appropriately
• Perform routine administrative tasks
• Ensure safety, regulatory and sanitation compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
