Job summary

Scipio Marina Investments LLC seeks a friendly Guest Services Attendant to welcome guests and tenants at our Florida marina. You will assist with general needs, share information about services, and help ensure a smooth stay for all visitors.

You will handle communications, observe property and equipment conditions, support in checkout and booking systems, and maintain clean guest areas while upholding safety guidelines. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests and tenants with general needs
• Informing guests and tenants of marina and property services and offerings
• Communicate observations and concerns regarding the state of the property and equipment to management.
• Resolving minor guest concerns
• Maintaining the cleanliness of employee and guest facing work areas
• Stocking and tidying shelves and displays
• Assisting in inventory management
• Being knowledgeable and able to communicate water laws and rental safety guidelines
• Communicating clearly and effectively over the phone
• Learning and understanding booking and point-of-sale systems
• Other tasks as necessary
• Guest Services Attendants interact with nearly all guests that come through the property. It is important that Guest Services Attendants maintain a positive attitude, and be friendly and accommodating of guests and tenants. Guest Service Agents are the ears of our operation. Communication of issues with the docks, guests to management are of the utmost importance.
