Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform maintenance and repair work on boats docks and marina facilities. This full-time role starts at $25 per hour, with duties including inspections, repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems, and upkeep of buildings and grounds.

Maintain safety and a positive company image while serving guests and vendors. The position requires a valid driver's license, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate issues

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on docks and marina facilities.
• Inspect designated buildings and equipment; fix malfunctions.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment as needed.
