Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on boat docks and marina facilities.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment; fix malfunctions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and general upkeep of grounds and structures.
• Respond to emergencies and safety issues; secure facilities as needed.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment when required.
• Assist with inventory and security of maintenance supplies.
