Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for Edgewater Marina to assist with marina services, perform routine boat maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the dock area. Responsibilities include engine maintenance, steering, electrical repairs, and coordinating with the Coast Guard during inspections.

You will maintain bathrooms and launching equipment, manage schedules, and provide excellent guest service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong customer service abilities.
Ability to swim and follow safety procedures.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Own tools to perform maintenance tasks.
Able to use spreadsheets, access email, and engine diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

Maintain marina/boat maintenance including engines, transmissions, steering, electrical, and safety equipment.
Inspect and repair equipment, perform routine servicing and troubleshooting.
Provide excellent guest service and relay issues to supervisor.
Assist with dock maintenance, fueling, and safety inspections with Coast Guard coordination.
Keep maintenance schedules and checklists for boats.
