Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Maintenance Associate to uphold marina quality and upkeep. The role involves repairs, cleaning, and basic fixes to equipment and building systems to keep facilities tidy and functional. The position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will inspect and troubleshoot equipment, provide excellent guest services, and perform routine maintenance tasks as part of the Maintenance team at the marina.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
• Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot marina equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
• Provide high level of guest services and expedite maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing locks, filling gaps on walls, and other marina duties.
• Use hand tools and power tools for repairs and routine maintenance of grounds.
