Qualifications

• Background check completed successfully.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• US work authorization required.
• 5-day work week, 9 AM–5 PM with one weekend day.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and lease documentation.
• Use the marina computer system for customer setup, data entry, scheduling boat launches and retrievals, and reporting.
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial and customer information.
