E&S Ring, a leading residential property management company, seeks a Marina Administrator for our Marina Del Rey property to be close to where the action happens.

The role blends office administration and accounting, requires 1 year admin plus 3 years accounting, and skills in Excel and Word; independence and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior office administration and customer service skills.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up tour appointments.
• Distribute keys and parking passes.
• Conduct property walkthrough and inspections.
• Lease boat slips, verify and submit applications to manager for final approval.
• Post and date stamp receivables daily, timely and accurately on Yardi.
• Ensure all accounts are paid in full.
• Any other duties and special projects as needed.
