Broad River Retail in Fort Mill, SC, is seeking a highly organized Production Manager to support the Marketing, Communications, and Community Outreach (MarCom) Department. This role serves as the operational backbone, ensuring projects are scoped, resourced, tracked, and delivered on time using Monday.com.

You will oversee project intake, timelines, asset trafficking, and coordination with enterprise leadership, driving production across digital, print, events, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or production operations.
• Experience coordinating marketing, communications, events, or community outreach projects.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, asset management, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project intake contact for Marketing/Communications/Community Outreach.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in MONDAY.com.
• Provide real-time status dashboards and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate production and asset trafficking across digital, print, signage, events, and outreach.
• Collaborate with enterprise leadership to align department priorities with company goals.
• Champion process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Manage vendor/production partners and ensure quality standards.
