Qualifications

• Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful software products that solve complex business problems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into a detailed, actionable project plan and follow the plan through execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross‑functional and engineering teams. Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, IT, and various business units to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, technical feasibility, and successful execution.
• Ensure detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases are documented. Ruthlessly facilitate the prioritization of features and initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post‑launch adoption and optimization, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality solutions.
