Cella Inc is seeking a MarCom Project Manager for a 3-month remote contract in the United States, with EST work hours. The candidate will manage marketing and communications projects using Workfront, collaborating with Communications Directors, Content Strategists, Retirement business leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, timely client communications.

The role emphasizes coordinating print, email campaigns, web content, and operational communications while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 5 years financial services Workfront project management experience.
• Hands-on experience using Workfront to manage marketing or communications projects.
• Experience supporting print, fulfillment, web, and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and communication projects from intake through completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between Marketing and internal business partners.
• Review incoming requests to assess scope, requirements, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Use Workfront daily to manage project intake, workflow coordination, timelines, status updates, dependencies, approvals, and delivery tracking.
